New Balance is an American multinational corporation based in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The company was founded in 1906 as the "New Balance Arch Support Company" and is one of the world’s major sports footwear manufacturers.

Babushka Solutions was asked to develop a new one-page ecommerce solution for digital and social media that will allow 1 click-buy from social media posts and any type of digital content. This unique solution was aimed to simplify buyers journey to 1 step (the regular website shopping cart involves ∼6-8 steps) and to increase sales conversion from Instagram, Facebook, digital ads and Email Newsletter.

Solution

Babushka Solutions developed a full-blown ecommerce solution with payment gateway, CRM, stock management system, notification system and sales conversion analytics. Unique UX/UI design was driven by research insights into social media users’ behavior, conducted by Babushka Solutions customer insights team. The solution was designed as a conversion optimization platform.
